Audi unveils Concept C, an all-electric two-seat sports car that previews the brand’s future design language. Presented as a study model, the concept introduces a new vertical front frame, a four-element light signature, and an electrically retractable hardtop, all packaged within a monolithic silhouette. The car’s proportions are shaped by a central battery layout, which positions the cabin toward the rear and lowers the overall stance. Exterior design and proportions
The Concept C by Audi features broad, continuous surfaces interrupted by a single character line, creating a design defined by proportion rather than ornamentation. The central battery layout allows for a low stance and a cabin positioned toward the rear, emphasizing the car’s sports character. The roof system, applied for the first time on an Audi roadster, uses two retractable elements to combine the benefits of a convertible with the visual continuity of a fixed-roof body. At the front, the vertical frame acts as the structural center of the car’s architecture. It draws inspiration from the Auto Union Type C (1936) and the third-generation Audi A6, translating these references into an upright, modern interpretation.
